Lab Results:
Our next review is of the GSC one gram disposable vape from Aura at Fine Fettle. Some strains feel made for certain weather, and Aura’s GSC lands smoothly on these rainy Georgia evenings we’ve been having. I reached for the GSC as the thunder crack in the distance and the rain began to fall steady outside. What I found with this vape was a hybrid that is every bit as indulgent and tasty as the cookies its name references. It’s a comfortable, balanced 60/40 sativa-dominant option that settles in easily without leaning too far in either direction.
The Device:
Aura uses the same all‑glass AIO (all-in-one) disposable we tried with King Louis XIII. It feels premium and sturdy, comfortable in my hand, and seemingly well‑built with smooth airflow. The all‑glass vapor path keeps the flavor clean from the first pull to the last. The “peach sauce” or oil inside is a golden yellow with no cloudiness, and the rate of oil use seems very similar to King Louis XIII. We still think the oil depletes rather quickly, but it’s consistent, predictable hardware that performs well.
Someone on Reddit recently suggested they had experienced some clogging with this disposable vape. We have too. But, generally speaking, clogging hasn’t been an actual issue for us with this disposable vape. We tend to get a little bit of clogging with most carts and AIOs. This one in particular has seemingly performed better for us than some others carts/AIOs we’ve recently reviewed.
Smell:
Before use, the cart carries a slight sweet and earthy smell. Once heated, the vapor adds a hint of vanilla and mint on top of that earthiness. It is subtle, pleasant, and true to the strain’s reputation for sweet‑leaning aromas.
Vapor:
The vapor is medium thick and smooth. It pulls cleanly and evenly, and that consistency holds until the cart is nearly empty. Airflow is nice and steady. Nothing harsh, nothing scratchy, nothing distracting. Just a comfortable, even vapor profile.
Taste:
Right out of the gate a caramel note leads the inhale with a warm sweetness that feels almost toasted, the kind you get when sugar meets heat and turns golden. But that sweetness isn’t out there standing alone. Three‑carene pop on to add a gentle pine note that rises right up behind it, giving the flavor a clean, woody edge that keeps the caramel from feeling heavy.
In the middle of the pull, beta‑caryophyllene shows up with its familiar earthy-like spice. It adds depth and warmth, almost like the quiet, gentle heat you get from cracked pepper. Limonene lifts us back up for the finish with a small citrus spark that brightens the exhale without turning it too sharp. Linalool rounds everything out with a soft vanilla‑like touch. Other trace terpenes below “LOQ” may be contributing to the minty whisper that floats on the top of the vapor flavor journey (LOQ stands for the Limit of Quantitation). The LOQ is the lowest concentration the lab can reliably measure with accuracy. If a terpene of cannabinoid shows as “LOQ” on a lab report, that means the compound might be present but it’s below the lab’s ability to measure precisely. Do y’all taste the hint of mint or is that just us?
In the end, this tasty vape offers layered flavor that moves from caramel to pine to earth to citrus, with a light vanilla‑mint finish that feels clean and balanced. It is one of the more interesting profiles we have tasted from Aura so far.
Experience:
The experience lined up with what I expect from a 60/40 hybrid. It feels nicely balanced, with no strong lean toward the indica side for me personally. It stays comfortable and steady, which made it a great fit for a rainy evening. This is one I’d happily return to time after time.
Lineage:
GSC is one of the most recognized strains in modern cannabis. It earned that status out in California long before it showed up over here in Georgia medical markets. It’s widely understood to be a hybrid that traces back to Durban Poison and OG Kush, which helps explain its mix of sweet, dessert‑like notes and grounded earthiness.
Fine Fettle describes this GSC as “a California classic with a sweet, dessert‑like aroma [that can include] hints of mint, cherry, and lemon.” That lines up with what we tasted in this Aura AIO: caramel sweetness at the front, pine and earth in the middle, and a light citrus and mint finish. The COA supports that profile, with limonene, beta‑caryophyllene, linalool, and three‑carene working together to create a layered, hybrid flavor that feels both familiar and polished.
Lab Notes:
A Certificate of Analysis, or COA, is the lab report that shows the measurable compounds in a specific batch. It is not a medical document and it does not predict effects. It simply lists what the lab found and whether each item passed the state’s testing requirements.
For this GSC AIO, total THC is listed at 85.090 percent, with total cannabinoids at 89.52 percent. CBD comes in at 0.55 percent, CBC at 0.51 percent, CBG at 0.97 percent, and CBN at 0.44 percent. The terpene panel shows beta‑caryophyllene at 0.96 percent, limonene at 0.43 percent, linalool at 0.14 percent, and three‑carene at 0.18 percent. Total terpenes land at 2.129 percent.
The compliance panels show no hits for pesticides, no microbial issues, and no foreign materials. Heavy metals testing shows cadmium, lead, arsenic, and mercury not detected. Chromium was detected at 35.88 ppb and marked Pass under the lab’s limits.
Comparison:
Compared to other hybrids we have reviewed, this GSC vape sits in a comfortable middle lane. It’s smoother and sweeter than the Northern Lights we tried, and it has a more layered flavor than King Louis XIII, which leans brighter and earthier. The burn rate is similar to both Aura carts we have tried, and the hardware is the exact same as the King Louis XIII indica that we previously enjoyed.

Aura’s GSC 1g disposable vape is a steady, flavorful hybrid with caramel sweetness, pine depth, and a clean citrus finish. The vapor is smooth, the hardware feels premium, and the experience is balanced and easy. This isn’t something I would seek out, but it’s a pleasant 1g disposable.
