Howdy y’all! Welcome to our very first Peach Scout review!
To get things started on July 1, 2026 (when flower and vape first became available for medical card holders in Georgia) we purchased 3.5 grams of Fine Fettle Decatur’s “Tucked In” flower. It was offered as part of their “comffy” brand. You can see the light purple packaging in the photo below.
Fine Fettle had three strains available on the morning of July 1st, two sativas and this indica‑leaning option. They also had a half‑gram sativa vape cart that we’ll review soon.
The Fine Fettle team in Decatur was upbeat and friendly. Their enthusiasm made the whole experience really feel like a milestone moment in Georgia. The line moved quickly, the pickup was smooth, and they were even handing out swag (shirts, sunglasses, dog toys).
Regarding the flower, everything was pre‑bagged in sealed pouches like the one seen in the picture below. There weren’t any flower displays yet, but if they focused on getting flower and vape carts into folks’ hands on Day One, then that makes perfect sense to us. There were a lot of customers, but they handled the lines and patients well.
Sight/Texture:
The flower ground up easily. No clumps. No sticky mess. Just a clean, even texture that works well for dry herb vaporization. The buds look like a GG No. 4 x Gelato No. 33 cross. Dense, tidy, lightly frosted.
Moisture came in at 6.09 percent, per the lab report, which probably explains why it ground up so easily and vaporized evenly in the Volcano.
Smell:
Before loading the Volcano vaporizer, the aroma hit me with a warm, peppery note from the caryophyllene and a bright citrus lift from the limonene. It’s not skunky at all. It’s more like the nose on a simple citrus‑forward cocktail with a spicy twist. Think of something like a grapefruit spritz with a cracked‑pepper rim. Bright on the front, warm on the back, and a little sweet underneath. It’s a calm, inviting smell that fits the “comffy” brand name.
The lab report shows total terpenes at 0.683 percent, which lines up with how mild and easygoing the smell and taste are. Nothing too loud.
Taste:
We vaped Tucked In at 181°C using the Volcano. The first bag gave us medium vapor. Not super thick. Not light. Just a comfortable middle ground.
The flavor follows the aroma but in a softer, more blended way. The pepper note is gentle, and the citrus shows up as a light, almost zesty brightness. It reminds me of the way a citrus peel tastes when you warm it up in a drink. Mild. Rounded. Easy.
The vapor is smooth and steady, and the taste stays pleasant without ever getting sharp or bitter.
Lab Notes:
According to the lab results provided by Fine Fettle, the total terpenes come in at 0.683 percent, which matches how mild and easygoing the smell and taste are. There’s also a little CBGA in the mix, which sometimes gives flower a cleaner, fresher aroma. Total THC is listed at 19.538 percent, with total cannabinoids at 20.91 percent. THCV shows up at 0.36 percent, which is interesting to see. The COA shows no pesticides, no microbial issues, no residual solvents, and all heavy metals were well within allowable limits.
Peach Score: 🍑🍑🍑
This is a solid first offering from the Fine Fettle folks! We would certainly buy this indica flower again. Is it the most incredible peachy nug we’ve ever tried? Well, no. But it’s a mighty strong start! The vapor is smooth, the flavor is mild and enjoyable, and the whole experience gives me great hope about where Georgia’s new green expansion goes from here.
